Amy C. Edmondson is the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at the Harvard Business School. Edmondson has been recognized in 2011, 2013 and 2015 by the biannual Thinkers50 global ranking of management thinkers.

Nancy F. Koehn

Nancy F. Koehn is a historian at the Harvard Business School where she holds the James E. Robison Chair of Business Administration. Koehn’s research focuses on entrepreneurial leadership and how leaders, past and present, craft lives of purpose, worth, and impact.

Leonard A. Schlesinger

Leonard A. Schlesinger is Baker Foundation Professor at the Harvard Business School. Previously, he served as President of Babson College from 2008-2013.
