If you're not satisfied with the amount of work we've saved you after 18 months, we'll refund you six months of service fees.*

* Provided that Client (i) purchases the athenaOne services through an Athena Services Agreement containing the terms of the guarantee; (ii) is not owned or controlled by another entity; and (iii) uses the athenaOne services in accordance with the Service Description, in the event that Client provides notice to athenahealth of its intent to terminate its Athena Services Agreement based on the fact that Client is not satisfied with the work that athenahealth is doing on Client’s behalf, and provides such notice within 30 days of the eighteen (18) month anniversary of the date Client goes live on the athenaOne services, athenahealth will provide Client with a refund of the last six months of service fees paid during the six months prior to Client providing notice of termination.
